Welcome to Inner Drummer Movement LLC!
I help support people in their hearts who struggle with getting out of their heads who want to be more confident in daily activities and more connected in everyday relationships. In some cases early childhood trauma may be a factor in hijacking your nervous system. If you want safe support for gently building new skills at your own pace so you can move more joyfully than has seemed possible, please test out some of the free movement experiments to get a sense of where you might begin and whether the body-oriented way we would work together might be a good complement to support you when other more mental approaches haven’t shifted your current way of being into something that reflects how you want to be and maybe have wanted for a long time!
Note: It’s late May of 2024 and I’m beginning to organize the practices I’ve been testing, practicing, and teaching over the last three to thirty years into a useful set of online tools for you to access and try out for yourself. Check back for new content throughout 2024.
