Now through July 19th, 2023, I’m offering my Stress Reduction Trauma Coaching Sessions for Free!

During these 30 minute sessions you’ll pick an issue to work on and I’ll lead you through one or more body-awareness and skill building “movement experiments” that you can practice to feel more open, relaxed, and effective when it comes to getting what you want.

As humans we all have natural distress responses hard wired into us that lead us to think we are being effective in keeping ourselves safe when we are more likely doing just the opposite. But don’t take my word for it. Test things out to find the alternative actions that you like taking to feel more grounded, centered, and relaxed.

Three to five sessions are recommended. Schedule your first free session by July 19th. Additional sessions are available through August 2023 for free or by donation.

Note: You are always in charge of what you do or don’t do during these sessions. At any point you can decline to try an exercise or ask to try a version that’s less intense. We won’t get into any past trauma stories beyond acknowledging that, like many of us, you’ve got them.
